Story time.... 😁
I used to dream of working from home to be with my son and finally stop sailing away.
But turning that dream into reality WASN’T easy.
I sent 100+ applications.
No reply. No “thank you.” Nothing.
Bat ganun? I thought my portfolio was good.
Nakaka-overwhelm. I felt down. I even thought of giving up “Basin dili ni para nako uy.”
So I paused for a month. Then I saw a quote:
> “YOUR SUCCESS IS AS GOOD AS YOUR MINDSET "
It HIT me!
I even placed it on my phone’s home screen 😅😆
para ma-remind ko whenever doubts come in.
Instead of negativity, I pushed harder.
Kept improving my portfolio, NONSTOP!
I knew I had to stand out kahit wala pa akong VA experience.
After weeks of positivity and learning…
One day, an email came.
He said, “I’m impressed with your portfolio. Can you start Monday?”
NO INTERVIEW.
Just pure trust. 🙏
That was the moment I realized…
All those rejections were redirections.
All those “no’s” were preparing me for my “yes.”
Now I’m here, working from home, beside my son, living the dream I once prayed for. 💛
Padayon lang, kay kung para sa imo, para gyud na sa imo. 🌻
