On 16 December, 2021, our hometown, Cebu, experienced the second most destructive typhoon to have ever hit the Visayas, Leyte and Surigao.

Sophie's World Productions and Film & Media Arts staff and alumni banded together to provide some relief to the people affected around them. With the generous help of Novatech Resources Pte Ltd (Singapore) and our many benefactors, we reached out to areas and people still heavily impacted by the aftereffects of Typhoon Odette.

We would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity, and pray for brighter and better days ahead.

Check out the behind the scenes photos of Sophie's World Productions' short narrative entry for Sinulog Film Festival 2020, โ€œ์˜ค๋น ์œ„์นธโ€ (Oppaโ€ขwikan)! Teaming up with students from Film & Media Arts International Academy, they shot in the beautiful island of Camotes, Cebu to tell a compelling Korean-Cebuano story of family, life and growing up.
