Have you ever prayed for something and expected God to answer in a certain way? I did. But God had a different plan.

What I thought was a delay was actually His protection. What I thought was a closed door was His redirection. Looking back, I can see His hand guiding me every step of the way.

Sometimes God's answers don't come the way we expect, but they always come with wisdom, love, and purpose.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." — Proverbs 3:5

Nobody told me that the waiting season would be this long.
I prayed. I believed. I waited. And waited. And kept waiting.
And somewhere in that waiting, I found something I wouldn't have found in the rushing.
"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles." — Isaiah 40:31

Eagles don't flap their wings to rise. They spread them and let the wind do the work. The waiting isn't where God abandons you. It's where He prepares you to soar. If you're in a waiting season right now you're not behind. You're being made ready.

When everything around us is shaking, where do we run?
Not to wealth. Not to possessions. Not to earthly security.
We run to God.
The earthquake in Mindanao is a reminder that nothing in this world is permanent. Yet the love, grace, and faithfulness of God remain unchanged.
If your heart is troubled today, remember: the safest place is not a location, it's being in the presence of God.

He is our refuge. He is our strength. He is our hope. ❤️🙏

Laughter, sunshine, and a whole lot of walking. 😂 Spent the day exploring Olympic Park Seoul. Thank you Lord for another wonderful adventure.
