Leaves bloom and wither, but not faith. Beneath the warmth of the sun, palms sway in their quiet dance, holding stories older than the roots themselves. As the world celebrates Palm Sunday, the branches cradle the promise of redemption, of a man on a journey who knows no end but the heart of his people.

Leaves bloom and wither, but not faith. In every prayer that rises, so too does grace—unseen, unspoken, yet felt in every moment of surrender. A man, a soul, who asks for nothing more than to be understood, forgiven. So, too, does God, in His eternal wisdom, listen and forgive.

Leaves bloom and wither, but not faith. And as the man prays, so too does the world soften. In the humility of palm fronds, there is the soft whisper of mercy, reminding us that redemption is never far away, never beyond reach, especially when faith grows in the quietest of hearts.

Job Fair 2025: Bridging Jobs, Building Dreams

General Santos Academy, Inc., in partnership with the Department of Labor and Public Employment Service Office, is set to host one of the most anticipated events of the year, the Job Fair 2025, scheduled last April 11, 2025, at the GSA covered court, headed by Ma'am Nikky Apple Perlas-Segafo, MBA, the department head of BSOAD. This event promises to connect job seekers and employers, paving the way for meaningful opportunities and career growth.

The tagline of the event, “Bridging Jobs, Building Dreams, Dreams,” encapsulates its primary goal to serve as a platform that not only opens doors to new employment opportunities but also fosters the realization of the dream.

Job Fair 2025 is more than a career event; it's a stepping stone toward a brighter future for individuals and the community. With an inspiring vision of fostering professional growth, this initiative is set to impact lives positively, one connection at a time.

𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: Honoring 83 Years of Courage

Today, April 9, 2025, we commemorate the 83rd year of the Day of Valor—Araw ng Kagitingan—a national holiday that honors the bravery of Filipino and American soldiers during World War II. On this day in 1942, thousands of soldiers surrendered to Japanese forces after months of fighting in Bataan. What followed was the Bataan Death March, a brutal 100-kilometer walk under the scorching heat, where over 10,000 soldiers died from exhaustion, hunger, and violence.

But Araw ng Kagitingan is not just about remembering pain. It is about honoring those who stood their ground despite fear, and those who gave everything they had for the freedom we enjoy today. This year, we reflect not only on the names of heroes written in history books, but also on the quiet sacrifices of people whose stories remain untold—nurses who tended to the wounded, civilians who hid soldiers in their homes, and elders who passed down these stories so we would never forget.

In true Filipino spirit, we remember with hearts full of gratitude. We are reminded to use our education, faith, and compassion to serve others and continue the legacy of those who came before us. Courage today is not only found on the battlefield. It lives in service, in truth-telling, in standing up for justice even when it is hard.

As we raise our flags and bow our heads for a moment of silence, let this be more than a day of remembrance. Let it be a call to action—for every Filipino to live with valor in our own way, for our country, for others, and for God.

𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | BSBA TRADE FAIR 2025

From Learners to Leaders: Shaping the Minds of Future CEOs

General Santos Academy Inc. recently hosted a successful BSBA Trade Fair with the theme: "𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔: 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑪𝑬𝑶𝒔." The event aimed to inspire and equip the next generation of business leaders, and it was a resounding success.

The highlight of the trade fair was a keynote speech delivered by esteemed guest speaker Ma'am Goldwyne Keith S. Cerbo, MMPM. In her speech, Ma'am Cerbo emphasized the importance of leadership, innovation, and social responsibility in business.

The BSBA Trade Fair was the testament to the commitment of General Santos Academy Inc. To provide the students a holistic education that prepares them in succeeding different careers, to provide opportunities to students to engage with industry experts and to develop their entrepreneurial skills. The General Santos Academy Inc., is shaping the minds of future CEOs and business leaders.

This event is the success of the hard work and dedication of the students, faculty members, and staff of General Santos Academy Inc.

Striders Face end the P.E Fest with a full determination, power and unity as they assured the overall champion spot, gaining the highest points in specific matches.

The Journey to the highest spot championship marked by a sequence of spectacular victories, division 4 showcased the full blend of teamwork, energy, talent and support. The division 4 Striders showed full power and unwavering dedication to win were the concrete evident in every match, cheering and inspiring teammates and eyewitness are the assets. Division 4 the striders showed fearless spirit as the team stands tall claiming the champions spot. Unwavering fortitude and victory is the celebration of; Teamwork, talent, and spirit. Making them powerful among the other division.
