“Not-So-Good Morning”

What begins as an ordinary school morning suddenly turns into chaos when Angelo, a 16-year-old student with ADHD, throws his notebook at his teacher during class.

Through flashbacks, the film reveals Angelo’s quiet struggle with sensory overload, academic pressure, and the overwhelming noise surrounding his everyday life. While trying to meet expectations at home and school, he slowly reaches a breaking point unheard and misunderstood.

Alongside his story is Teacher Sylvia, a Muslim educator in a Catholic school, who begins to question her own role after the incident.

“Not-So-Good Morning” is a moving story about patience, empathy, and the importance of listening before judging.
