Celebrated every July in the Philippines!

What is Nutrition Month?
Nutrition Month is a time when we learn how to eat healthy foods to stay strong, smart, and full of energy! It reminds us that good nutrition helps our body grow and keeps us from getting sick.

🍎 Why is Nutrition Important?

✨Gives us energy to play and study

✨Helps us grow tall and strong

✨Keeps our brain sharp so we can learn more

✨Fights off sickness by making our immune system strong

🥦 Tips to Stay Healthy:

1. Eat Go, Grow, and Glow Foods

Go foods give energy (rice, bread, corn)

Grow foods help muscles and bones (meat, eggs, fish, milk)

Glow foods keep skin, hair, and eyes healthy (fruits and veggies)

2. Drink lots of water 💧

3. Avoid too much junk food and sugary drinks

4. Get enough sleep and play or exercise 🏃‍♀️🏀

Isang makasaysayang pagdiriwang ng katapatan at pagpapala ng Ama!
Sa ika-111 taon ng Iglesia Ni Cristo, buong puso kaming nagpapasalamat sa walang-hanggang pagkalinga at paggabay ng ating Diyos.

Kasabay ng Mid-Year Pasalamat ng PNK, aming ibinabalik ang lahat ng kapurihan, karangalan, at pasasalamat sa Ama na patuloy na gumagabay sa Kaniyang bayan—mula sa mga sanggol hanggang sa mga kabataan!

"Ang Dios ang lahat sa lahat." (1 Cor. 15:28)
Lahat ng tagumpay at biyaya ay sa Kaniya lamang!
