Just because someone invites you doesn’t mean they value you. Sometimes, invitations come out of obligation, convenience, or even manipulation—not genuine inclusion. Pay attention to how you’re treated, not just whether you’re invited. Go where you are truly wanted, appreciated, and respected. Knowing the difference will save you from spaces that drain your energy.
