๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฝ ๐Ÿญ: Get the Student Pass Slip from our treasurer. This SPS complies with all required payments, including department shirt, membership fee, and fines. If you donโ€™t have a Student Pass Slip from our treasurer, the CEDSO adviser will not sign your clearance.

๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฝ ๐Ÿฎ: Attach your SPS (Student Pass Slip) to your clearance and proceed to our BPED Focal Person, ๐’๐ข๐ซ ๐€๐š๐ซ๐จ๐ง ๐ƒ. ๐€๐›๐ข๐จ๐ , and proceed to CEDSO.

๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฝ ๐Ÿฏ: The CEDSO will give you another Student Pass Slip, then proceed to our CEDSO adviser, ๐Œ๐šโ€™๐š๐ฆ ๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐. ๐‘๐ž๐œ๐ฅ๐š to countersign your clearance.

๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฝ ๐Ÿฐ: Go to the Deanโ€™s office and find our college associate dean ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‘๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐ซ๐š ๐Œ. ๐๐จ๐›๐ž๐ซ to sign your clearance.
