📌 Open to Palawenos (except PGP employees) who will visit Provincial Capitol during Baragatan Festival season starting June 6-23, 2025.

📌 The reel must be an original creation. Plagiarized content will lead to disqualification.

📌 The video should not exceed 60 Seconds.

📌 Only one entry will be accepted for each participant. Previous winners are not eligible to participate in the contest.

📌 Any offensive, name-calling, derogatory remarks, and/or regional slang towards any person or community should not be used.

📌 As per Reel format, the video should be made vertically.

Mag-ipon na ng tubig! 💧

Magkakaroon ng water interruption bukas, June 3 (Lunes), mula 10:00 AM hanggang 3:00 PM sa buong Puerto Princesa City proper.

📍 Ayon sa Puerto Princesa City Water District (PPCWD), ito ay dahil sa pagkumpuni at pagpapalit ng defective rubber gasket ng BOOCA filter vessel sa Line #1 at #2 ng 25 MLD Irawan Water Treatment Plant.

‼️ Pinapayuhan ang lahat ng residente na mag-ipon ng sapat na tubig para sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan.

Mining site in Quezon,Palawan that can be seen from Sulu sea.

🌿 A Scar That the Sea Can See

From above the Sulu Sea, it looks like a wound—deep, raw, and aching.
This is Berong Nickel Mine in Quezon, Palawan. Once blanketed in thick forest and home to the Pala’wan and Tagbanua tribes, this land was opened to mining in 2006.

By December 2021, the nickel was gone—extracted, shipped, and sold. What remains? Over 343 hectares of scarred earth now under rehabilitation: mined soil, silted streams, and fading memories of what once was.

This isn’t just a mining site. It’s a reflection of what we lose when we forget to listen to the land and its people.

🌱 Let’s hope the healing isn’t too late.

ATTENTION:Lalo na sa mga kababayan nating mangingisda na papalaot magingat po tayo sa debris na babagsak mula sa space rocket ng china na babagsak malapit sa ating lugar.

Naka high alert ang Palawan at Basilan ngayong Martes, Feb. 11, kasunod ng Long March 8A rocket launch ng China na nakatakdang mag-take off mula sa Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site sa Hainan.

Naunang itinakda ang nasabing launch noong Jan. 25 at na-reschedule ngayong araw. Mayroon itong isang launch window sa pagitan ng 9:22 a.m. at 10:16 a.m.

Bilang paghahanda, naglabas ang Office of Civil Defense (OCD) ng advisory na nagdedetalye sa tatlong designated drop zones kung saan inaasahang bumagsak ang mga debris ng nasabing rocket.

Ang updated coordinates para sa nasabing zones ay ang mga sumusunod:
