The best part of being a teacher is when the parents of your students also appreciate you. So no matter what happens, just give your best in teaching, because in the end, all your hard work will bear good results.

Not every role will work out.
And that’s not failure.

You walk in with high hopes:
→ Ready to make a real impact
→ A team that values what you bring
→ Work that feels meaningful

Then doubt creeps in.
Sometimes in days. Sometimes in months.

Regret shows up when:
→ You took the role for the wrong reasons
→ You missed red flags in the interview
→ The work isn’t what you were promised
→ You question every decision that led here
→ You stayed because changing roles feels too risky right now

Here’s what’s more common than we admit:
Many strong performers end up in the wrong fit.

Just as trees thrive or struggle based on their soil and season, so do we.

It’s not your skills.
It’s not your effort.
It’s not your potential.

Sometimes, it’s just not your season or your soil.

Accept it wasn’t the right fit, and review your choices:

1/ Try to fix what’s wrong first
↳ Realign expectations with your manager
↳ Set clearer boundaries around your role
↳ Find allies who appreciate what you bring

2/ Or seek better ground
↳ A better fit for your talents
↳ A team that values your perspective
↳ A role where your strengths actually matter

Your worth doesn’t shrink because of a misstep.
Trust you’re still the same person with all that potential.
You just need the right environment to show it.

Everything is temporary, even a mismatch at work.

A wrong fit doesn’t define you.
It redirects you toward your next season.
