Nakakalungkot para sa bansa

💸 Bakit maraming public projects ang delayed, overpriced, o minsan… nawawala?

👉 Lagi ba talagang dahil sa corruption?
Or dahil rin kulang sa tamang system?

Sa totoo lang, corruption thrives kapag:

Walang malinaw na planning at budgeting

Walang tamang documentation para ma-trace ang bawat gastos

Walang monitoring kaya madali magtago ng delays at overpricing

Walang accountability dahil walang standard process

Kaya ito nga maririnig natin:

🚧 Flood control projects na halos 2 years delayed

🚧 Buildings or roads na overpriced pero mababa ang kalidad

🚧 “Ghost projects” na wala namang nakikita ang mga tao

At ang masakit? Sino ang talo?
👉 Hindi lang taxpayers, kundi pati contractors at engineers na nadadamay sa bad reputation ng iba.

Pero what if… may paraan para maputol ang cycle na ito?
