🥮SUMAN BINALAY (also known as Dendelot),😋a traditional Filipino sticky rice cake delicacy originating from Isabela province.

🍮Composition: It is typically made from glutinous rice flour dough that is shaped, wrapped in banana leaves, and boiled.

🧆Toppings: The rice cakes are served with a sweet coconut caramel sauce (made from coconut milk and brown sugar or panutsa) and topped with crunchy latik (toasted coconut curd bits).
