This statement addresses a serious breach of conduct involving the ZANZO team, led by Team Captain Rain (ign: acr rainRZ), concerning the use of unauthorized "soft hacks."

Acere Commando Esports has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding hacks, condoning cheating, and spreading misinformation. Our players must adhere to the highest standards of integrity and fair play, specially our COMPE PLAYERS. We are committed to fostering improvement through legitimate and ethical means. Following a review of the facts, management has decided to immediately terminate the membership of all players involved.

This action underscores our commitment to a professional and ethical competitive environment. Acere Commando Esports will not tolerate or support any team or individual associated with cheating.

Please be advised that recruitment for ACR Esports will be temporarily CLOSED from November 4, 2025, to November 17, 2025, aside from official, current, and existing member referrals.

During this period, we will be focusing on internal clan activities, strategic planning, and member development. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

The recruitment process will resume on November 18, 2025. We encourage interested individuals to prepare their applications and stay tuned for further announcements regarding the reopening.

It has come to our attention that a former member of our VY branch, who departed from the clan on October 22, 2025, has allegedly engaged in trash talk while using our clan tag in-game. We have received reports of this behavior from other clans and wish to express our sincerest apologies on behalf of this individual.

ACR Esports is committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all its members and does not condone such behavior. Our management has addressed this issue with the player in question.

As a result of these actions, the individual is now permanently banned from ACR Esports and will not be permitted to rejoin the organization in the future. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
