Manga is an amazing medium and with all the great titles laying out there in wait, it's only a matter of time before they eventually get their manga adaptations. In this (hopefully) weekly socmed series, I'll be talking about some of the recent title's I've personally been getting addicted to slop and all. And yes it's not just the usual hidden gems but even slop trash pands would enjoy.
Horror and Idols was something you wouldn't expect to jive well but with the success of titles like Mieruko-chan and even Oshi No Ko, it was only a matter of time before someone would blend it altogether. I See You, Aizawa-san! is a fun title revolving around Michi Kurotori being able to see ghosts. While over time, she'd ignore the ghosts, her life changes when her classmate, the titular Honami Aizawa, an idol from the group De:LPhinus haunts her classroom and shenanigans ensue.
What drew me in was how all these clues about the circumstances of Aizawa's passing is slowly revealed all while being packaged in a light hearted slice of life comedy. It goes from 0 to 100 off of these revelations and back to the status quo out of nowhere and it has you grasping at straws for what's gonna happen next.
Also it has cute yuri moments yippee
