⭐ Weirdchamp Abyss Challenge ⭐
One of the regular contents that the PAG streamers do especially during the abyss reset is the ‘Weirdchamp Abyss’. Our streamers and guests compete with one another and take up the challenge in running the abyss using randomly-selected characters!
We are publicly opening the floor to all our followers and guests who wants to participate in our event on stream. Below you will see the mechanics on how we do our weirdchamp event.
Please do note that the group currently do this just for fun. NO PRIZES YET! BUT Proto Amber Gaming is planning to formalize this event into a challenge contest SOON so stay tuned on our latest updates by liking and following Proto Amber Gaming on facebook!
Now the rules are as follows:
▷ Setting up the RNG Wheel ◁
1. Participants need at least 14 lvl 70 ascended characters to be able to participate.
2. Participants need to screenshot their list of characters who are at least lv70 ascended above from the Hoyolab Battle Chronicle.
3. Send the screenshot as a message to the page (https://www.facebook.com/protoambergaming) and inform us that you would like to join.
4. Participants must then join our discord group (to be sent through message) so that they are able to share their runs through screen share.
▷ General and Specific Bans ◁
1. The general bans are:
i. No 5-star characters above constellation 2
ii. No 5-star weapons above refinement 3
2. Specific banning criteria are usually decided by the PAG organizers but for this specific abyss rotation, specific bans will be determined by the RNG wheel. Two rolls will be made to determine which two characters are banned from being chosen.
▷ Formation of Team Comp ◁
1. The characters that the participant will use in the run will be randomly chosen via the RNG wheel.
2. Your 1st and 2nd team to be used in abyss will be decided depending on the order your characters get chosen in the wheel of RNG.
3. The wheel will be rolled eight times to determine the 1st four characters for your 1st team, and then another set of four characters for your 2nd team.
4. Participant will then have a chance to pick a rolled character to be removed from the team. Another reroll will be done to replace the removed character. This can be done once per team and it is optional, so the participant may keep the original team if he/she so wishes.
5. Once the teams have been finalized, time will be given for artifact and weapon setup of each chosen character.
▷ Abyss Run ◁
1. The challenge will start at Floor 11 Chamber 1 and the participant is given 30 minutes to clear as much as they can up until Floor 12 Chamber 3. Timer starts when Floor 11 Chamber 1 is initiated to start.
2. To determine the winner, floors cleared, number of stars gained, and clear time will be considered based on that priority order.
