Base sa Memorandum Circular No. 106 s. 2025 mula sa Malacañang, suspendido ang pasok sa lahat ng antas ng paaralan at tanggapan ng gobyerno sa buong Metro Manila bukas, November 10, 2025, Lunes, dahil sa inaasahang sama ng panahon dulot ng Super Typhoon .

Suspendido rin ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Martes, Nov. 11, 2025.

Gayunpaman, tuloy ang operasyon ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno na naghahatid ng serbisyong medikal, disaster at emergency response, at iba pang vital services.

Ang suspensyon naman ng trabaho sa mga pribadong kompanya at opisina ay nakasalalay sa kanilang pamunuan.
