Easy recipe for today : Talong Patties πŸ’š

βœ…Ingredients :
3 Medium size Talong (boiled and mashed)
1pc onion chopped
2 tomatoes sliced
2 eggs (scrambled)
2-3 tbsp APF
Salt
Pepper or your choice of seasoning
cooking oil

βœ…Prep and Cooking Procedure

-Combine all ingredients to form a batter mixture. Mashed talong, onions, tomatoes, eggs, and all purpose flour. Add seasoning. Achieve a quite thick batter.
-Pre-heat your pan, add oil.
-Place a 1/2 cup scoop of the mixture into the pan and form a semi circle shape.
-Gentle toss each side until golden brown.
-Repeat for the succeeding batches.
-Serve with spring onions or toasted garlic plus gravy or sweet and sour catsup.
