Dan Alvaro

Dan Alvaro Galura, born Rolando Galura, is a Filipino actor in both film and television. Known for his action roles, he gained prominence in the 1980s and has continued acting in more recent TV series. He is related to other actors, including his niece Glaiza de Castro and son Ram Alvaro.

Film: Alvaro received a nomination for Best Actor at the Gawad Urian Awards for his role in the 1986 action film Bagong Hari. Other notable roles include playing a hitman in Condemned (1984) and the title character in the supernatural film Alamid: Ang alamat (1998).
