The Tau Gamma Phi the Triskelions' Grand Fraternity was founded in 1968 by the founding fathers with them in their hand their constitution submitted with the UP admin.. inclusive therein the tenets and codes of conduct.. subsequently, they founded chapters outside of UP with the same constitution passed through the hands of subsequent founders.

With the establishments of Primus Inter Pares chapters Triskelion procreation and multiplication eventually inevitable.. thus the establishment of its regional council.

The further establishment of Inter Pares chapters went beyond the national capital region and seen its evolution in provinces, municipalities and barangays. They were substantially distinguished and further distinctly set UP the alumni organization with them their constitution inter related with the generally accepted TGP UP Constitution.

Thereafter, They established the national council with its constitution.

Triskelions further migrated and established worldwide has regroup themselves into councils and patterned their association from the duly established national council in the Philippines.

With all of the foregoing associations there is common distinct bonding among them.. "Concensus or Overwhelming Agreement".

No association is formed without overwhelming agreement.

Indeed all Triskelions are bounded by the blood compact, without any submission recognized by every individual Triskelion in blood compact is clearly unbinding upon them.. in short if the agreement was not "Uniformly" conveyed upon within that period of blood compact it is hearsay.

Indeed no Triskelion has lost their respective respect with the Founding Fathers and the Mother Chapter.. with more reason when all undertaking is laid down under the unwritten rule of "Consensual Agreement."
