Base sa inisyal nga imbestigasyon sa Baclayon PNP, ang duha ka motorsiklo parehas og direksyon padulong sa Tagbilaran City. Ang unang motorsiklo, nga gimaneho nga walay angkas, padung mo left turn dihang kalit kini nabanggaan sa nagsunod nga motorsiklo nga adunay angkas.

Tungod sa kusog sa pagkabangga, naigo usab sa ikaduhang motorsiklo ang usa ka tricab nga naka-park sa maong dapit.

Naangol ang mga sakay sa duha ka motorsiklo ug gidala ngadto sa tambalanan alang sa medikal nga pag-atiman.

ICC, MAGPAHIGAYON OG STATUS CONFERENCE SA KASO NI DUTERTE KARONG ADLAWA

Magpahigayon karong Miyerkules, Septiyembre 16, ang International Criminal Court o ICC Trial Chamber III og status conference alang sa kaso sa crime against humanity batok kang kanhi Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

House Deputy Speaker Janette Garin criticized the manner in which defense counsel Mark Vinluan questioned retired Sandiganbayan presiding justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang during Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial.

Garin acknowledged Vinluan’s legal expertise but said she was surprised by his approach during the proceedings.

She described some of his questioning as seemingly discourteous.

“Parang nagbubulag-bulagan siya at nagbibingi-bingihan siya sa dapat na mangyari sa isang impeachment court,” Garin said

CABOTAJE-TANG ALLOWED TO TESTIFY
Former Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang was allowed to testify as a witness on Article II of the impeachment case against Vice President Sara Duterte on Monday, Sept. 14.
Impeachment Court Presiding Officer Chiz Escudero made the ruling following more than 30 minutes of floor debate.
He clarified that Cabotaje-Tang would only answer general questions on the legal framework and not the specifics of the case.

New witnesses have surfaced with information on alleged deliveries of boxes of money linked to anomalous infrastructure projects in Taguig City, Sen. Panfilo Lacson said Sunday, September 13.

Lacson said the witnesses approached the Office of the Ombudsman to disclose details of the alleged money deliveries.

According to the senator, at least one of the deliveries involved millions of pesos.

The allegations are linked to purported ghost and anomalous flood control projects in Taguig City, which Lacson said are among the infrastructure projects being scrutinized for possible irregularities.

Lacson did not identify the witnesses in the information provided.

BJMP: ROMUALDEZ ILALAGAY SA QC JAIL KASAMA ANG IBANG PRESO, NO SPECIAL TREATMENT

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) assured the public that former House Speaker Martin Romualdez will not receive a special cell or preferential treatment should he be transferred to the New Quezon City Jail in Payatas.

BJMP spokesperson Jayrex Bustinera said Romualdez would be assigned based on available accommodations at the facility.

“Hindi naman po puwede rin magkaroon ng special treatment o mag-isa sa selda. Kung ano pong bakante doon, doon naman siya ilalagay.”

According to the BJMP, authorities may implement additional security considerations because of Romualdez’s profile, but these should not be interpreted as special privileges.

Romualdez remains confined at the hospital while the legal and medical processes concerning his detention are being resolved. He is facing a plunder case, and the charges against him have not yet resulted in a final judgment of guilt.

The admitting physician of former House Speaker Martin Romualdez described as “unusual” the process surrounding the lawmaker’s confinement at Cardinal Santos Medical Center.

During the hearing on the motion for Romualdez’s continued hospital confinement, Dr. Kurt Allen Sibayan said he was not allowed to personally see or assess Romualdez when the former House Speaker was brought to the hospital on Monday, September 7, after experiencing chest tightness.

Despite not examining Romualdez, Sibayan said he was still asked to prepare the lawmaker’s medical abstract based on the diagnoses given by his attending physicians, Dr. Rosalio Torres and Dr. Rody Sy.

Sibayan said the arrangement was unusual.

He also said he would not consider Romualdez’s chest pain an emergency.

The hearing will resume on Friday, with two more doctors expected to face the court.

Sa nahitabong insidente, gikatahu nga nagpa cash-in ang suspek og ₱2,400 ang suspek, apan tungod kay ₱1,200 na lamang ang balance sa GCash wallet sa tindahan, misugot kini nga maoy i-cash-in.
