A cycling legend, Paking Rivas won the 1979 Tour of Luzon and inspired generations with his strength, discipline, and deep love for the sport.

We at DuckWorld PH had the privilege and honor of working with him during the Great Revival of the Tour of Luzon, a moment we will always carry with gratitude.

Our deepest condolences to his family, loved ones, and the entire Philippine cycling community. His legacy lives on in every climb, every race, and every Filipino cyclist who dares to dream. 🚴‍♂️🇵🇭
