- Celebration of the first week of the harvest.
- The coming of the Holy Spirit to the church.

We can still receive the Holy Spirit today, just as the disciples did.

- Where are you leading your family?
- Perhaps we can't win someone over yet because we havenโ€™t demonstrated the gospel effectively.

What is relational discipleship, and how do we embrace it in our lives?

1. Follow Jesus.
- Everything starts with following Jesus.
- Following Jesus is both the starting point and the ongoing journey of the Christian life.
- We are set apart to follow Jesus.
- Embrace your doubts as invitations to deeper faith. Let Jesus meet you in your questions, transforming uncertainty into unwavering trust as you follow Him.

2. Follow Jesus with a community.
- Relational discipleship is a journey that builds authentic relationships, fostering spiritual growth and development.

3. Immediate obedience.
- Without commitment, our faith becomes shallow.
- Total surrender.
- Following Jesus comes at a cost.
- Radical sacrifice.
- Follow Jesus with commitment.

Faith is surrendering to the will of God.

Numbers Chapter 2 shows how God positioned the tribes of Israel with order and purpose. He does the same for usโ€”placing us where we need to be for victory.

Here are some questions to reflect on:

1. ๐€๐ซ๐ž ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง?
Like the Israelites, are you aligned with Godโ€™s will, or are you fighting battles on your own? (Proverbs 3:5-6)

In the Bible, firstfruits symbolize the first and best portion of a harvest offered to God as an act of gratitude, trust, and dedication.

As I read a chapter today, though it wasnโ€™t entirely about firstfruits, something in it spoke to me. It made me reflect: ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ?

This question led me to list the things I can offer to the Lord:

1. My day โ€“ The first moments of my day should be dedicated to Him through prayer and reading His Word.
2. My finances โ€“ A portion of my income, starting with 10%, belongs to the Lord, and I can also dedicate my first paycheck entirely as an offering.
3. My week โ€“ The first day of the week, Sunday, is a time to rest and worship, setting it apart to be with God and my church community.

Even from the beginning, Satan has been a complete liar. He twists everything that God says, making wrong things appear appealing. He always wants us to think that God doesnโ€™t want good things for us.

But God just wants to protect us. He knows that sin will cause death. The story of the Fall reveals that God's word is true and trustworthy. Following Him will protect and preserve us. There is destruction in disobedience, yet His word brings blessing and protection.
