🎤: How do you balance your time, working both in business and in the entertainment industry?
🐰: I feel happy with my work right now, so I don’t really feel the need to take long breaks or go on trips. At this point, I’m really into my work. I enjoy waking up and getting to it.😊
🎤: Which part is more stressful?
🐰: Honestly, both. On the business side, I feel pressure because we’ve grown and have so many more employees now. Whatever I do, I have to think things through more carefully.🥹
🎤: But your business has kept growing and opening new branches.
🐰: That’s right. I try my best, but credit really goes to the team. Everyone is truly dedicated and hardworking, and the company wouldn’t be able to grow if even one person was missing.🥰
🎤: Most of your team members are the younger generation, right?
🐰: Yes. I try to set a culture that’s full of creativity, and since our brand carries a bright, young-generation image, I rely a lot on fresh ideas from younger people. But of course, there are some positions where I need people with more experience. Some seniors in the field.😊
🎤: Are you the type of boss who gives strict orders?
🐰: Not really the “I order, you must follow” type. I usually share my thoughts and also listen to what others think. I’ll be clear about my perspective first so everyone can see the direction we’re heading, but in the end, we always choose the best ideas no matter if they come from me or someone else.👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
