Asakusa is a vibrant district in Tokyo known for its historic charm and traditional atmosphere. Its most iconic landmark is Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, which draws millions of visitors yearly. The nearby Nakamise Shopping Street offers a delightful array of traditional snacks, souvenirs, and crafts.

You can also take a rickshaw ride around the area to explore the streets lined with Edo-period architecture. For a scenic view of the Sumida River and Tokyo Skytree, a leisurely walk along the waterfront is a great choice. Asakusa is especially magical during festivals like the Sanja Matsuri.

Mandatory shot at The Glico Man! Best time mag picture dito ng walang tao is early morning. Around 7am to 9am hindi pa maraming tao nyan. Pwede kayo sa bridge or dun sa baba ng bridge sa may river na para mas buo yung shot.

Osaka's Glico Man was inspired by a 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 —— 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘴𝘪𝘢'𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘯 💡 He is Fortunato Catalon. One of the three athletes who became the model and inspiration for the Glico Man poster in Dotonbori, Osaka. Catalon is a champion sprinter in the 1910s who hailed from Leyte, Philippines.

Babalik-balikan, Japan!🇯🇵 My favorite city in Japan, Osaka! Hindi nakakasawang balikan dahil sa masasarap na kainan, makukulay na design ng stores, shopping areas at maraming ilaw sa gabi. Ito mismo ay sa Dotonbori, Osaka.

Wag kalimutan dumaan dito lalo sa gabi! Madaming shops sa paligid. Mga drugstores, bilihan ng shoes, at kung ano ano pa. Wag din kalimutan dumaan sa GU and Uniqlo for more good deals.☺️
