DONโT LOOK FOR A BETTER PASTOR, LOOK FOR A BETTER CHURCH.
A strong church is not built by one pastor alone. It is built by believers who are willing to pray, serve, love, forgive, and remain faithful to God. Many people spend their time searching for the perfect pastor, the perfect worship, or the perfect congregation, yet no church on earth is perfect because it is made up of imperfect people who are still growing in the grace of God.
The question is not only, โHow can the church serve me?โ but also, โHow can I serve the church?โ A healthy church is strengthened when its members become active participants in God's work. When believers encourage one another, support their leaders, walk in holiness, and remain united in truth, the church becomes a place where lives are transformed and God is glorified.
God calls us to be builders, not merely spectators. He calls us to be faithful workers in His kingdom, using our gifts to edify the body of Christ. Instead of focusing on what is lacking, let us focus on how we can contribute to the growth of God's people. Revival begins when believers take responsibility for their walk with God and commit themselves to His purpose.
If you desire a better church, begin by becoming a better disciple. Pray more, love deeper, serve faithfully, and live according to God's Word. The church becomes stronger when each member allows God to transform their heart. True change starts with us. Better begins when we surrender ourselves completely to the will of God.
"Be the kind of believer who builds, serves, and grows. Better begins with you."
