ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular 114 signed by President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. directing agencies to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through the Honorable Secretary Conrado Estrella implemented Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 2026.

Along with other agencies, DAR will be adopting a four-day onsite work arrangement through a compressed workweek. In line with this, the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB) Secretariat shall be open to serve the public from MONDAY-THURSDAY only until subject to change.

Please be informed that in view of the following policies, our Office will be CLOSED every FRIDAY. 🇵🇭

LOOK: The Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB) proudly presents its new lawyers! 👏

Last January 7, 2026, the Supreme Court released the results of the 2025 Bar Examinations. A total of 5,594 out of 11,420 examinees passed last year's examinations, for a passing rate of 48.98%. Among the successful examinees are the seven employees of the DARAB.

LOOK: Last October 28-29, 2025, the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB) together with the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) Aurora conducted a training activity to strengthen the implementation of the grievance redress mechanism in the Support to Parcelization of Lands or Individual Titling (SPLIT) of the Department of Agriculture (DAR).

The aim is to explore the possibility of entering into an alternative dispute resolution in resolving conflicts. More importantly, it is DARAB's way of supporting the priority projects of Hon. Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, with regard to the distribution of individual (parcelized) e-titles to our agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) then under collective ownership.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY
Date: April 15, 2025
Subject: Temporary Adjustment of Office Operations on April 16, 2025

The DARAB Secretariat Office hereby informs the public that, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 81, all government offices, including this Office, shall adopt alternative work arrangements on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, as follows:

📌 Work-from-Home (WFH) operations will be implemented from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
📌 Work shall be suspended starting 12:00 PM onwards to provide employees full opportunity to properly observe Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, and to allow sufficient time for travel to and from various regions.

During the WFH period, the Secretariat will continue to attend to urgent matters remotely. However, clients are advised to plan their transactions accordingly, as in-person services will not be available for the entire day.

Normal operations will resume on the next regular working day, Monday, April 21, 2025, following the Holy Week observance.

The Philippines’ farming sector is set to benefit productively once an Israeli company the AgroStrudies, headed by Chief Executive Officer Yaron Tamir, and the DAR agree on a scholarship grant for short agricultural courses the AgroStudies offered for agrarian reform beneficiaries. This was brought up during an exploratory talks hosted by DAR-FASPO OIC Undersecretary Josef Angelo Martires last Monday. Israel Deputy Ambassador Ester Buzgan witnessed the preliminary discussion. Courses are slated to begin in July.
