📢 Important Update: Under the Radar Tattoo Festival Rescheduled! 📅

After careful consideration and taking into account your feedback, we have decided to move the event to a later date, exactly one month later. This adjustment allows us to respect and honor both Father's Day and the Pride celebration, as requested by our participants.
We understand the significance of these occasions and want to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy and engage in the festival without any scheduling conflicts. By rescheduling, we provide you with additional time to prepare your respected pieces.

Jett Ilagan, a.k.a. escuri, is a music producer and a multimedia artist from Laguna, Philippines will be playing at Under the Radar Tattoo Festival! 🛰🏴 His works explore sound and particularly the idea of “cultural soundscapes” through various methods such as field recordings, sound walking, and personal encounters with the subject environment and its locals.

His sonic related projects involve performing and producing electronic music in various settings, may it be public, and private space, as an attempt to explore how physical spaces contribute to and/or affect spatial sound and performance. Currently, he is interested in employing lights and multichannel sound as a medium to communicate the role of our cities in composing and infusing rhythms to our everyday urban life. 🎧🔊

A solo exhibition by Jett Ilagan - "Animated_Landscape” is on display from June 07 – 30, 2023 at the NCCA Gallery.
