โค Every August 19, we celebrate and commemorate the life of St. John Eudes. He was a devoted priest who spent his life spreading and deepening love for the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts of Jesus and Mary. ๐Ÿ™

โœจ Through his unwavering compassion, zeal, and faith, he reminded countless people that true devotion is reflected in acts of mercy, almsgiving, and service. As we honor his feast day, may our Catholic hearts grow ever closer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary ๐Ÿค.

Maligayang Araw ng Quezon! ๐ŸŽ‰ Ngayong ika-19 ng Agosto ay ating ipinagdiriwang ang araw ng kapanganakan ng ating dating Pangulong si Manuel Luis Quezon na tinaguriang Ama ng Wikang Pambansa at Unang Pangulo ng Pamahalaan Komonwelt ng Pilipinas.

Ang araw na ito ay tinaguriang isang special non-working holiday para sa mga estudyante at kawani ng paaralan, bilang paggunita sa Quezon Day (Republic Act No. 6741). Ito ang tanda ng pag-alala natin sa kanyang mahalagang kontribusyon sa ating bayan at pasasalamat sa kaniyang impluwensya sa ating kasaysayan at pagkakakilanlan. Kaya bilang pakikiisa โœŠ sa pagdiriwang, gamitin natin ang araw ๐ŸŒ„ na ito upang magpahinga at pahalagahan ang komunidad na humuhubog sa Lungsod Quezon.

Today marks International Youth Day โญ๏ธ! Commemorated on the 12th of August, this observance brings attention to the issues faced by youth and their potential to contribute to the world ๐ŸŒŽ. The idea for the day was proposed in 1991 and was established on December 17, 1999 ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ. This day focuses on empowering the youth and shedding light on the cultural and legal issues encompassing them. Youth plays a significant role in shaping the future, serving as the pillars of society ๐Ÿซ‚. Their creativity and desire for justice greatly contribute to the development of the world ๐Ÿ’ก.

As young students ๐Ÿ‘, let us support each other and raise awareness for relevant issues in our society. Do not forget that we have a meaningful role to play, and we should not allow ourselves to be ignored โœŠ. As the leaders of tomorrow, we must embrace our qualities and utilize our skills ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ. Keep dreaming big, because there is a bright future ahead of us๐ŸŒŸ!

โ€ŽThis August 8, 2026 marked the first day of the 3-day Journalism Camp hosted by the Association of Private School Administrators, Inc., Quezon City (APSA QC) Journalism CENTREX with the theme: "Beyond Algorithms: The Human Side of Journalism." Selected members of the Bridgetine Newsletter embarked safely through the weather conditions to attend the host school, School of St. Anthony.

โ€ŽA warm opening program was conducted, introducing all individuals involved for making this 2026 journalism camp possible. A plenary session in the morning soon followed from guest speaker Mr. JM Encinas, a reputable journalist of GMA Public Affairs. He shared his experiences and advice to the eager, young campus journalists in attendance.

โ€ŽIn the afternoon, students were divided into different rooms based on their chosen sections. Guest facilitators were in charge of training them in preparation for the competition proper that will commence on the second day of the APSA QC Journalism CENTREX.
