POV: You just wanted a chill stroll after breakfast but ended up at a full-on car show 🤯✨

We got curious after spotting fancy cars and people lined up on the sidewalks — so we followed the trail and ended up at The Post… and surprise! A whole (free!) car show was waiting for us. 🏎️✨

Did we plan it? No.
Did we stay for over an hour pretending we know engines? Absolutely. 😎😂

Now that’s what you call spontaneous fun. 💫

Started our day with a peaceful morning walk at Hermann Park, and naturally, we got hungry hehe 🤭

So we Googled “best breakfast spots in Houston” and ended up at Citizens of Montrose ✨ And glad we did! Here’s why:

We weren’t expecting much… but wow! This place delivered. The food? Way beyond satisfying. Every bite felt thoughtful & flavorful.

Our order took a little longer than expected, but we didn’t mind at all. We were in no rush, soaking in the calm morning energy and the laid-back café vibes. Plus, when the food tastes good, you know it’s made with care.

From the aesthetic setting (yes, they have outdoor seating!) to the Aussie-inspired menu, this brunch spot has officially made it to our faves list 🫶🏼📋

Highly recommend — especially if you’re craving a slow, soulful start to your day ☀️ .of
