NEWS UPDATE: Naglabas ng pahayag si Sen. Panfilo Lacson ukol sa pagkakaaresto kay dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez dahil sa kasong plunder kaugnay ng umano'y anomalya sa flood control projects.

"With the arrest of his cousin, former Speaker Romualdez, the President’s critics who have accused him of weak leadership and a lack of resolve in confronting the flood-control mess should now be silenced by his action,” ani Sec. Lacson.

LOOK: South Korea’s HD Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) reaffirmed its readiness to expand its footprint in the Philippines, including in Subic Bay, during a meeting with Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. and other senior officials of the Department of National Defense (DND), Philippine Navy, and the Philippine Coast Guard in Seoul today, Sept. 7.
