“PLUNDER CHARGES RECOMMENDS AGAINTS ROMUALDEZ AND CO”

JUST IN: Inirerekomenda ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) at Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) sa Office of the Ombudsman na masampahan ng kasong plunder si Former House Speaker Martin Romualdez at Former Congressman Zaldy Co.

Maliban sa plunder, inirerekomenda rin ang pagsampa ng kasong graft at direct bribery laban sa dalawang personalidad.

PH VOLCANO UPDATE 🌋

TINGNAN: Nananatili sa Alert Level 2 (moderate unrest) ang Bulkang ngayong Biyernes, Nob. 21. Nakapagtala ito sa loob ng 24 oras ng isang volcanic earthquake, 1,691 toneladang asupre, at 75 metrong taas ng volcanic plume.

Naitala naman ang isang volcanic earthquake sa Bulkang , habang isang rockfall event at 534 toneladang asupre ang naitala sa Bulkang . Samantala, nakapagtala naman ng siyam na volcanic earthquakes kabilang ang apat na volcanic tremors (10-13 minuto ang haba), 72 toneladang asupre, at 600 metrong taas ng volcanic plume ang Bulkang .

Gayunpaman, nananatili pa rin sa Alert Level 1 ang tatlong bulkan.

WATCH: Time-lapse footage of ash emission at the summit crater of Kanlaon Volcano that began at 7:12 a.m. today, Nov. 21.

WEATHER UPDATE: The shear line will be affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon this Friday, Nov. 21, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms in Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya, according to PAGASA.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, and Palawan, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao.

Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon (amihan) will bring cloudy skies with rains in Ilocos Region and Batanes.

The easterlies will be experienced in Quezon and Aurora bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
