We further believe that the local church is God's instrument in fulfilling Jesus' g

lobal evangelistic mission and that all true believers are co-laborers in the Kingdom of God. We shall endeavor to equip every believer for the works of the ministry in attaining doctrinal stability, spiritual maturity and corporate unity. through the guidance of the Almighty God shall endeavor to humbly present before God a glorious church, without stain or wrinkle, or any other blemish until Jesus comes.

The recent consecutive earthquakes have reminded us how fragile life is and how quickly everything we depend on can shake, fall, or break. Yet even in the trembling, there is a greater truth:

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea.” — Psalm 46:1–2

So let us ask for His mercy and help for those who are currently in this situation.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, protect our nation and every community affected by these earthquakes. Grant peace to hearts that are fearful, strength to those helping others, and wisdom to those in authority. May we always remember that You are our refuge and fortress, and may our trust in You grow deeper with each trial. In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.

Church, let us take this time to thank and appreciate those who faithfully serve in God’s vineyard, our pastors, deaconesses, and ministry assistants who give their time and hearts for the Kingdom.

But let us not stop here. Let us continue to live lives that honor, support, and pray for them all year long. Let them know and feel that their labor is never in vain. For we are one with them in God’s mission, for His glory.

The things we do for God’s Kingdom
are not for applause,
not for our gain,
and not for recognition.

But for love.
For the King.
For His glory.
