When my life began to improve, I lost friends.

I remember being a complete bottom feeder.

When I was in that situation, there were so many friends offering me bread.

Friends were calling to see if they could buy me drinks.

Friends were calling to find out if we had eaten and so on.

The day I stopped being needy in the friendship and wanted to contribute to the bill, some friends began melting like glucose.

We have people in this world who only know how to help the needy.

We have people in this world who only know how to show up where there's helplessness.

They don't know what to do with you as a friend when you're both standing in the same place.

They don't know how to be in your life when you're always happy every time they ask about how you are.

They want to know more about your sadness.

That is why your good friend will never refer you to a job but will pay for your drinks and food from time to time.

That is why your good friend will never offer to pay for your diploma.

That is why your good friend will never offer a permanent solution to your misery.

Praise for them is like fresh blood in their bodies.

I am an extremely thankful person.

I will appreciate your assistance , but I will not make you a god.

No one deserves that type of place in anyone's life.

True friendship is one that expands you, and after you've grown and can sit on the same level at tables, you can all start changing the world without fighting.
