We took a break from our desks and spent the day unpacking our CliftonStrengths® with Coach Maita Beltran. Not a single person had the same Top 5 strengths, and somewhere between comparing results, building LEGO, and drinking an unreasonable amount of matcha, one thing became pretty clear.
