"12 Beautiful Lessons I Learned From My Wife"

My wife has been an incredible source of inspiration and wisdom to me. These lessons have not only made me a better husband, but they have also helped me become a better person.

Lesson 1: "Always act in faith"

She is a woman of faith! She is not perfect, but she makes sure that what she does is according to God's leading. Through her unwavering faith, as a husband, I have learned to trust in His plan for my life and our marriage.

When we trust in God and believe in His promises, we open ourselves up to receive His blessings and guidance in our lives. As Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lesson 2: "Family Comes First"

My wife has taught me that there's nothing more important than family. No matter what life may bring, our family will always be there to support us. As Psalm 127:3-5 says, "Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them."

Lesson 3: "The value of Hardwork"

My wife is the most hardworking person I've ever known. Her dedication to hard work is the perfect example of her diligence. I admire her because she always glorify God through her work.

Yes, we can worship God through our work, as Colossians 3:23-24 declares, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

Lesson 4: "Purpose Fuels Passion"

Look for the deeper purpose in everything that you do. We should not forget that our purpose should always lead us back to God and to the advancement of His kingdom. We must pursue our passions with zeal. Romans 12:11 urges us, "Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord."

Lesson 5: "Perseverance Builds Character"

My wife's perseverance has shown me the value of building character through challenges. As a married couple, we have faced challenges and we have been able to get through them.

Everyone of us is a work in progress and we must press on and endure hardships, as James 1:12 encourages us, "Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him."

Lesson 6: "Prayer is Powerful"

She is not only my wife, but also my prayer partner. We must always seek God in prayer and rely on Him for guidance and strength. Philippians 4:6-7 assures us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lesson 7: "Trusting in God Brings Peace"

We should put our trust in God as our Father, our helper, and our provider. Her unwavering faith in God has shown me the peace that comes from trusting in Him.
We must have faith in God and rest in His promises. Isaiah 26:3-4 says, "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you.

Lesson 8: " The Gif of Kindness and compassion"

We must show love and compassion to others, as Ephesians 4:32 reminds us, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Lesson 9: "Integrity is everything"

Integrity is non-negotiable and it is everything. We must be honest in all our dealings and hold fast to our principles, as Proverbs 10:9 reminds us, "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out."

Lesson 10: "Communication is key"

Communication is the foundation of all relationships. We must always communicate openly and honestly with our loved ones and never let misunderstandings fester. Proverbs 15:1 says: "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."

Lesson 11: "Trusting in God brings peace"

Peace comes from trusting in God. We must have faith in God and rest in His promises, as Isaiah 26:3-4 assures us, "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal."

Lesson 12: Serving others brings joy.

My wife loves serving people and has taught me the joy that comes from serving others. By stepping out of our comfort zones and taking on new challenges, we can develop our passion in helping people.

Mark 10:45 reminds us, "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
