Last December 18, 2025, Mr. and Mrs. Cierneto went to Lourdes School Quezon City to receive all the gifts that the Lourdesians had raised for them.
Over three days of selling stickers and stationery, we were able to raise a total of ₱31,800. This amount reflects the generosity and support of the Lourdesian community—some bought stickers, some wrote letters, and some donated their spare change. Students lined up, waiting for the stickers to be restocked; LSQC employees bought in bulk; and an LSQC alumna even reached out to our page to donate. This shows that every purchase, no matter how small, contributed to this total and helped make this project possible.
Because of this collective effort, we were able to provide all the medical, basic hygiene, and daily necessities of Mr. and Mrs. Cierneto. We were also able to purchase a new wheelchair for Mrs. Cierneto to ensure her comfort.
The Lourdesian Executive Alliance for Dynamic Leadership (LEAD) once again expresses its deepest gratitude to the entire LSQC community for making this project successful. All the students, employees, and alumni who supported this initiative strengthened the sense of unity and compassion within the community. Through one small act of kindness, we were able to bring brighter smiles to a family and remind them that they are not alone.
May we always practice the values that St. Francis has taught us—compassionate service to the poor and marginalized, humility through embracing poverty, and the pursuit of peace and justice.
Merry Christmas to the Cierneto family, from the entire LSQC community.
