We walked through six floors of art, memory, and questions worth sitting with.

Here’s what stood out at Art Fair Philippines.

Six floors of contemporary art turn Circuit Makati into a slow, thoughtful, city-wide cultural walk.

An excerpt of Ambie Abaño () speaking about her work “…beyond body…”—a meditation on human existence, where life, death, nature, and the body quietly intersect.

Known for her woodcut practice, Abaño works across wood, handmade paper, and space to explore questions of existence, aging, and what remains beyond the physical. It invites viewers to sit with these ideas, slowly and honestly.

The sound you hear in the background is also composed by Abaño herself—adding another layer to the work’s experience.

Abaño is just one of the artists featured at Art Fair PH 2026 (), happening at Circuit Makati until tomorrow, February 8.
