On November 17, 2025, FNB Educational Inc., in partnership with Good Shepherd Christian School, Mandaluyong, successfully conducted a faculty development seminar entitled “Positive Discipline in a Post-Pandemic Classroom.”

We were honored to have Dr. Jonas Feliciano C. Domingo, Education Program Supervisor, LRMS and ADM Focal, Curriculum Implementation Division of the Schools Division Office of San Juan City, as our distinguished resource speaker. His expertise guided our educators through meaningful discussions on:

📝Positive Discipline in Everyday Teaching (PDET)
📝How Positive Discipline Upholds Children’s Rights
📝Education in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic
📝The importance of warmth and structure in Child Development and Effective teaching

We are honored to have been one of the sponsors of the Nueva Ecija Private Secondary Schools Administrator's Association Inc (NEPRISSAA) & Nueva Ecija Private Pre-Elementary and Elementary Schools Association (NEPPESA) 18th Educators' Congress held last October 30, 2025 at the Nueva Ecija Coliseum — a powerful gathering of passionate educators united under the theme: "Teaching Without Fear: Legal Insights on Protecting Educators' Rights and Well-Being."

The event opened with warm welcome remarks from Rev. Wilson V. Peneyra, NEPPESA President, and Mr. Reneo S. Hernandez, LPT, MAED, NEPRISSAA President.

A heartfelt Message of Love was shared by Dr. Rowena M. Castillo, EPS-I Private Schools In-Charge, DepEd Division of Nueva Ecija.

The congress was inspired by the keynote message of Dr. Ronaldo A. Pozon, CESO V, PH.D, Schools Division Superintendent, and enriched by the legal wisdom of Atty. Joseph Noel M. Estrada, our esteemed Resource Speaker.

In partnership with St. John Colleges Laguna, FNB hosted a transformative faculty seminar yesterday, October 27, 2025, aimed at empowering educators from Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School departments. With Mr. Juan Alvin B. Tiamson as our esteemed resource speaker, the session focused on practicalizing the Revised Curriculum—bringing clarity, relevance, and innovation to our teaching practices.

An additional highlight was the discussion on Power Skills for Teachers, equipping our educators with essential tools to thrive in today’s dynamic learning environment.

This initiative was spearheaded and administered by Mr. Louie Delos Reyes, FNB’s Area Sales Manager.
