WHY DO WE FOLLOW A PAYMENT FIRST POLICY?

Para malinaw ang lahat at hindi sayang ang oras sa inyo at sa amin. Here’s why:

1️⃣ “Cancel na lang po order ko. Pasensya na!”
→ Gano’n na lang ‘yon? After naming ilaan ang oras, effort, at materials sa pinagawa mo. Bawat order ay custom-made at hindi rin naman ‘yon magagamit sa iba. Nasayang lang ang tinrabaho namin at pwede pa kaming malugi.

2️⃣ “Diyan na lang muna order ko, kukunin ko kapag may pera at oras na ako.”
→ Hindi po kami storage area. Hindi rin namin puwedeng itambak lang ang orders hangga't may time or budget ka. May production schedule kami na kailangang masunod para lahat ng customers maayos ang serbisyo.

3️⃣ Iwas Bogus Buyer
→ Kung may manlolokong seller, mas marami pang manlolokong buyer. Pero kami, may proofs kami na legit at siguradong makakarating nang maayos ang order ninyo. So please, huwag agad manghusga. "Payment First" does not mean scam.

4️⃣ Save time for both sides
→ Kapag bayad ka na, diretsong proseso agad. Wala nang follow-up since kami na ang bahala at iu-update ka namin hanggang matapos ang order mo.

💡 Kung nag-iingat kayo bilang buyer, mas nag-iingat kami bilang seller. Hindi po namin pinupulot ang puhunan namin. Kaya sinisigurado naming maayos, malinaw, at protektado ang bawat transaction para na rin sa peace of mind ninyo at namin.

So kung ikaw ay buyer na:
✖️ Hindi sigurado
✖️ Walang oras
✖️ Walang pambayad
✖️ Walang tiwala sa online sellers

Huwag na lang po mag-message. Maybe this isn’t the right time for you to order or we’re not the right shop for you, and that’s okay. 🩷
