In this dreamy, surrealist short film set in a rat-infested barangay, Isang is the primary caregiver for her mother who is recovering from a stroke. After being pushed to the brink of poverty and exhaustion, on the night she is to buy adult diapers, Isang purchases rat poison instead. A dark fairy tail of the unseen labour that women caregivers have to take on when a family member falls ill.
