We are proud to celebrate Trist’n Buenaflor and Danielle Florendo for being named finalists in the Children’s Category of the Cardinal Sin Catholic Book Awards for their wonderful book, “Ang Boom At Palakpak Ni Viktor.”
May your story continue to inspire, delight, and touch the hearts of young readers. Your achievement is truly worth celebrating!
Today, we celebrate the stories, voices, and people who continue to enrich Catholic literature.
We are pleased to present the Finalists of the 20th Cardinal Sin Catholic Book Awards, with this year’s theme, “Preserving Human Faces and Voices,” in celebration of the 60th World Day of Social Communications.
Across Children, Youth, Family and Life, Ministry, Liturgy, Theology, Homiletics, Inspirational, and Spirituality categories, these works remind us of the enduring mission of Catholic publishing:
"To communicate the Gospel in ways that speak to the realities of our time and lead people toward what is true, good, and life giving."
To our finalists, congratulations on this recognition. May your works continue to reach readers, open conversations, deepen faith, and bring the light of the Gospel into the realities of everyday life.
And to every author, publisher, editor, and creative team who submitted a work this year, we also honor and thank you. Every work offered is part of a greater mission. Your stories, reflections, insights, and years of dedication contribute to the continuing growth of Catholic literature and communication.
May every book continue to become an instrument of encounter, allowing stories to be heard, human dignity to be seen, and the light of the Gospel to reach more hearts.
Congratulations to all who have become part of the 20th Cardinal Sin Catholic Book Awards and to our Finalists!
