Jamsap Entertainment Corporation is looking for a CSR Manager to join our growing team!
If you're an experienced professional in customer service, passionate about communication, and have a heart for working with youth and schools, this could be your next big opportunity!
đź’Ľ What You'll Do:
Manage communication with parents of our talents/artists via calls and emails
Initiate and build school partnerships, and gather student talent data
Provide daily reports on outreach, partnerships, and confirmed reply slips
Lead the CSR team and ensure a high standard of service and reporting
âś… Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus (but not required)
Leadership experience is an advantage
