Tanong lang Meralco ???!!!
It is truly alarming to see the growing number of trending posts from consumers reporting what they believe are inaccurate Meralco meter readings and unexpectedly high electricity bills.
For small business owners, this goes far beyond a higher monthly expense. Electricity is one of our biggest operating costs, and every unexpected increase affects our ability to manage payroll, maintain affordable prices, invest in our businesses, and continue serving our customers.
Whether these reports stem from billing errors or other factors, consumers deserve clear explanations, transparency, and timely resolutions. Public trust depends on accurate meter readings, fair billing practices, and responsive customer service.
We respectfully urge the relevant authorities to thoroughly investigate these concerns and ensure that all consumers are billed accurately and fairly. Reliable and transparent utility services are essential not only for households, but also for the thousands of small businesses that help drive our economy.
