Get corrected.
Make mistakes.
Be uncomfortable.

Let your ego take the hit.

Because looking stupid for a moment is nothing compared to staying ignorant just to protect your pride.

Your ego wants to look smart.
Your future needs you to learn.

I get so excited every time I attend trainings/seminars because I genuinely enjoy learning so much. But along with the excitement comes the fear of being called on😅 I still can’t bring myself to volunteer for any speaking opportunity🥲

I’ve already started with No. 1, but I still struggle with consistency😩 I guess I just have to do it again. And again. And again💪 Until it no longer feels so scary.

Learned a lot tonight. What a productive night! Time to call it a day.😴💤
