We’re inviting all kayak enthusiasts to join Kayak Philippines Kayak Challenge 2024 Playa de Tanauan, Tanauan, Batangas on September 28-29 , 2024. as we paddle together and enjoy kayaking and the spirit of camaraderie.

2-DAYS KAYAK ACTIVITY

Day 1: Kayak Ecotour & Coastal Clean-Up Activity
-Registration Fee 2,000
Napayong Island (10km paddle) and or J Castle to Bañadero Bay walk (4km paddle).

-Experience how to kayak fish

-Kayak Seminar: Short talks from kayak experts and experienced paddlers
•Demo of various kayak boat brands and equipment
•Learn Basic paddling skills
•Safety, Paddling Techniques
(Rescue, assisted and self-rescue)
•Intro to Kayak Fishing

-mix kayak boat category (Sit-on top kayak and Sit-in kayak Handicap will apply) 16km Kayak marathon from Wawa Blvd Brgy Gonzales Tanauan Batangas,pass by Napayong Island, cross Bubuin island, to Volcano Island, back to Wawa Blvd.

Note: if sit-in kayak participant exceeded 20 registered boat organizer will separate the category Sit-on top kayak and sit-in kayaks.

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) in celebration of the 25th National Maritime Week and 29th National Seafarers Day, will hold its Mega Job Fair on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Exhibition Hall 2, SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.

Dubbed as “𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼”, the whole-day job fair aims to bring opportunities in the maritime industry closer to the Filipino jobseekers.

Around 40 licensed manning agencies are expected to participate in the job fair, offering employment opportunities in the fast-paced technological change and innovation in the global maritime industry.

(FAME) is finally back this year after a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, we are inviting you and your members, colleagues and families to join the 14th FAME “Go Marino Go! Healthy Body, Healthy Mind” Fun Run which will be held on 29 July 2023 (Saturday) at the SM by the BAY, MOA Pasay City.
