So often, in a world that celebrates appearances, it’s easy to fall into the trap of looking the part—saying the right words, wearing the right smile, even quoting the right verses. But God isn’t impressed by performance. He looks deeper.

We are not called to look holy. We are called to be holy.

True holiness is a matter of the heart. It’s found in the quiet obedience when no one is watching, in the grace we extend when it’s hard, in the humility that admits weakness, and in the love that mirrors Christ.

Holiness isn’t about having a perfect image. It’s about having a heart that longs to reflect Jesus.

Let us not be people who only appear godly from the outside but deny the power of God working within. Instead, may we seek transformation, not just presentation.
