Easy Steps to Pie Perfection:
1. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand-held mixer to beat the vanilla instant pudding mix with the cold eggnog for about 2 minutes. You’ll notice the pudding mixture will start to thicken slightly.
2. Next, gently fold in 1 cup of the thawed whipped topping until it’s just combined with the pudding mixture.
3. Carefully spoon this creamy filling into your graham cracker pie crust.
4. The key step: let your pie chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours. This chilling time is essential for achieving that perfectly set, rich texture.
