🪴🍃 Learning to Protect, Preserving for the Future

The DENR team, led by Ma’am Rodelia Angya-en, conducted a meaningful Community Education and Public Awareness Program for the Grade 12 students, highlighting the significance of the Tirad Pass Protected Landscape (TPPL) in Ilocos Sur. Students gained valuable insights about protected areas, including the five municipalities covered by TPPL—Gregorio del Pilar, Suyo, Quirino, Cervantes, and Sigay—as well as the activities that are permitted and prohibited within these protected landscapes.

Through this informative session, we were encouraged to become responsible stewards of the environment and to recognize the vital role we play in preserving our natural heritage.

Our sincere gratitude to the DENR team for sharing their expertise and inspiring us, students to help safeguard God's creation for future generations. 🌿💚

​On July 24, 2026, AIIAS brought the "IMAGO" community engagement program to Tirad View Academy, where learners and the Elementary Department jumped right into an inspiring flute music workshop! They spent the day discovering new skills — reflecting God's image through research, Haiku, music, and the arts.

Earthquake and Fire Drill Program

After two sessions of preparation and practice, Tirad View Academy successfully completed the actualization of its Earthquake and Fire Drill Program. Students and teachers, actively participated in the simulation, applying the safety procedures and emergency response protocols they had learned from the Quirino BFP team.

The activity provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen preparedness, promote awareness, and reinforce the importance of remaining calm and alert during emergencies. Through collective effort and cooperation, the school community demonstrated its commitment to creating a safer and more resilient learning environment.

Today, we took a stand against bullying by learning how to recognize its different forms, understand its effects, and discover ways to respond and help. More than awareness, this event served as a reminder that every student deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued.

Let us be the generation that chooses kindness, embraces differences, and refuses to stay silent in the face of bullying.
