Ayon sa kulturang Hebreo at mga paniniwalang Kristiyano, ang Leviathan ay isang dambuhalang halimaw sa dagat na sinasabing kasinglaki ng bundok at may kakayahang manira ng isang buong bansa.

Ito ay binanggit sa Bibliya, partikular sa Job 41:1-34, kung saan inilalarawan ito bilang isang nilalang na hindi kayang mapigil ng tao, may hiningang naglalagablab, at balat na matitigas na parang bakal. Sa mga lumang kwento, pinaniniwalaan na lumilitaw ang Leviathan sa gitna ng dagat tuwing may malaking unos o kapag malapit nang magunaw ang mundo. May mga teorya rin na ito raw ang pinagmulan ng mga kwento tungkol sa mga sea serpent at kraken.

Sa mas malalim na pananaw, sinasabi ng ilan na ang Leviathan ay senyales na may paparating na delubyo at kasamaan, o isang pangyayari na hindi kayang pigilan ng mga tao.

Deep within the Philippine Rise lies the Adolf Caldera, a colossal volcanic formation with a staggering 150-kilometer diameter, making it the largest caldera in the world. To compare, the famous Yellowstone Caldera in the United States measures only about 70 kilometers across, meaning the Adolf Caldera is more than twice as wide!

Discovered in 1270 by Filipino Royal Scientist W.D. Gaster and his team, this ancient volcano has been inactive for millions of years, resting quietly beneath the waves of the Benham Rise (Philippine Rise).

The name “Apolakia”, derived from Philippine mythology, symbolizes war and power, reflecting the immense natural force that once shaped this colossal structure.
