“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
— Psalm 147:3

Have you ever found yourself wondering,

“Did I really forgive them? Because… it still hurts.”

Here’s something we don’t talk about enough:
You can forgive someone and still feel the pain of what they did.
Forgiveness is a decision , choice to let go of revenge, to surrender the offense to God. But healing? That’s a process. And sometimes, a long one.

The pain you feel isn’t always a sign of unforgiveness.
It may just mean the wound was deep.
And that’s okay.

God isn’t rushing your healing. He’s not frustrated with your tears. He sees your heart, knows your journey, and gently walks with you through every ache.

So today, if you’re carrying pain even after forgiving someone, remember:

💛 You are not weak.
💛 You are not bitter.
💛 You are healing.

Let God continue the work He began in your heart.
One day, that wound will become a scar , A testimony of grace, strength, and restoration.

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, I’ve chosen to forgive, but I still carry pain. Help me not to confuse my hurt with unforgiveness. Heal what’s still broken in me. I trust You to finish the healing You’ve started. in Jesus name Amen. 🙌

There have been moments in my life when my faith felt like it was barely hanging on.
Times when I was too tired to pray, too overwhelmed to hope, and too broken to believe that things would get better.

And yet…
God never left.
He stayed.
He held me quietly when I had no more words.
He carried me through days when I couldn’t carry myself.

“If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.”
— 2 Timothy 2:13

This verse hits deep for me.
Because I’ve lived it.
There were days I felt like giving up , as a mom, as a woman, as a believer.
But God kept showing up… through small reminders, answered prayers, gentle strength, and mercies that met me right where I was.

His faithfulness isn’t based on how strong I am.
It’s based on who He is.

So if you’re in a place today where your faith feels weak, know this:
You’re not disqualified.
You’re not forgotten.
God is still with you. And He’s not going anywhere.

He remains faithful. Always. 💛

Lately, I’ve been learning to slow down, to breathe , to let go of the life that looks “perfect” from the outside, and instead choose the one that feels peaceful inside , even if it’s quiet, simple, or unseen by others.

As a mom, especially one walking through healing and caring for a child with special needs, I’ve realized that peace is sacred. And it’s not found in striving or proving, it’s found in resting in God’s presence.

✨ “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” – Isaiah 26:3 ✨

This verse reminds me that peace isn’t something I have to chase , it’s something God gives when I stay rooted in Him. And right now, that’s my heart’s desire: not a loud life, but a life led by His calm.

I may not always have all the answers, but I know the One who holds me. And that’s more than enough.

If you’re in a season where everything feels loud or overwhelming, I pray you find the courage to choose peace , the peace that feels like coming home to Jesus. 🙏

If I find myself becoming too proud…
Too full of myself…
Too quick to speak, too slow to listen…
If I start thinking I’m better, wiser, or more deserving…

Then my heart leads me back to this verse.

Because pride doesn’t always come loud.
Sometimes it hides in offense, in comparison, in silent bitterness, in subtle entitlement.
And before I know it, I’ve drifted far from the grace I once lived in.

But God, in His mercy, always calls me back.
Back to humility.
Back to surrender.
Back to grace.

This isn’t about them.
This is about me.
My posture. My heart. My surrender.

Lord, if there’s even a trace of pride in me , strip it away.
Lead me back to humility where Your grace flows freely in Jesus name , Amen. 🙏

As a mom, there are days I feel unsure , wondering if I’m doing enough, if I’m making the right choices, if I’m being the woman my child needs.

But this verse reminds me that I don’t have to have it all figured out. I just need to stay teachable. 💛

God doesn’t expect perfection from us , He desires a heart that’s willing to learn, grow, and walk in His truth, even when the path feels unfamiliar.

So today, I’m asking the Lord:
Teach me how to be patient when I’m tired.
Teach me how to love deeply when I feel empty.
Teach me how to lead my child closer to You, even as I’m still learning myself.

Because when I walk in His truth, I find peace.
When I follow His way, I find purpose.
And when I stay close to Him, I become the mom He designed me to be.

One step at a time, Lord. Teach me. Guide me. I’m listening. 🌿

As a mom, my heart holds so much love, prayers, worries, dreams , not just for myself, but for my child. That’s why I’m learning to guard it more intentionally.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
– Proverbs 4:23

God is teaching me that having a good heart doesn’t mean giving everyone a piece of it. Some parts are sacred, set apart for Him, for my family, for the quiet work He’s doing in me.

It’s not selfish to protect your peace. It’s wisdom. And as mothers, we need that peace to pour love into our homes, to show up with strength, and to keep becoming the women God has called us to be.

So in this season, I’m still kind. Still loving. Still giving.
But only where God leads me to. 🙏

Feels like a good day to live in gratitude. 🌞

I want to start this week with a heart full of thanks. Not because everything is perfect , but because God has been faithful, and He still is.

There’s power in choosing gratitude, especially on ordinary days. It shifts our focus from what’s lacking to what’s already been given. From stress to stillness. From fear to faith.

So today, I’m slowing down to say thank You, Lord, for waking me up, for another Monday, for strength to keep going, and for grace that meets me where I am.

Here’s to a week covered in peace, guided by purpose, and grounded in gratitude. 🙏 🕊️

To every mother who silently weeps behind her caregiving,
who keeps fighting despite a weary and wounded heart

this is God’s gentle reminder to you:

Falling is not the end of your story.

In the midst of loneliness, exhaustion, and questions without answers the Lord remains your Light.

He is the One who gives strength when hope begins to fade.
He understands the groanings that words cannot express.
And He loves you not because of your performance,
but because of His faithfulness.

🌿 So even if you find yourself sitting in darkness, do not lose hope.
He will never leave you.
Every tear you shed is seen by Heaven.
And every step you take toward rising again , He takes with you.

💛 Mother, your silence is heard by the Lord.
Your pain is not hidden from Him.
And your love , even in weakness is sacred in His eyes.

So if you’ve fallen, you will rise again.
And though the world may feel dark, the Lord will be your everlasting Light.

🌤️ Slow Mornings are a Blessing 🌿

You don’t have to be a mom to cherish a slow morning. And if you are a mom , especially one who’s always pouring out love and energy for your family , a slow morning can feel like heaven-sent.

In a world that glorifies hustle and noise, there’s something holy about waking up slowly.

Sipping coffee while it’s still warm.
Letting the sunlight creep in gently through the curtains.
Breathing in silence before the day begins.

Whether you’re navigating motherhood, healing from a hard season, or simply needing space to be, a slow morning reminds us that God is not in a rush.

He meets us in stillness.
He speaks in whispers.
He restores us in quiet.

“In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.” – Isaiah 30:15

So today, if you’re blessed with a slow morning, don’t feel guilty. Embrace it. Thank God for it. Let it realign your heart.

There are seasons of our life that haven’t been easy.

There have been silent battles, heavy days, and moments when I’ve questioned my strength. But in all of it, God has been quietly teaching me.

Through the challenges of motherhood, the weight of caring for a child with special needs, the dreams put on hold, and the healing I’m still walking through , I’ve learned that some of the most important lessons in life are the ones we learn the hard way.

I’ve learned to surrender.
To trust even when I don’t understand.
To find peace in God when nothing around me feels peaceful.

And I’m still learning.

This isn’t the path I imagined, but maybe it’s the one God knew I needed , for growth, for healing, for deeper faith.

So if you’re in a hard season too, hold on. You’re not alone. God is using even this.

“Sometimes the most important life lessons are the ones we learn the hard way.”
But by His grace, we come out stronger, wiser, and more full of Him.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” – Romans 8:28 (NIV)
