Once you received, charge the item first for 1 hour while the case is opened.
Check if the product is working.
First, place both i12 left and right earphone in your charging case and make sure that both earphone are charging by seeing light both earphone flashing white/red inside. And follow these steps to reset your i12 TWS:
On your Android Device, go to Settings > Bluetooth. Tap the "i" icon info icon and after that, Tap Forget This Device, then tap to confirm, or simply tap the "Unpair".
Pag ichacharge niyo po ang airpods ay dapat naka open po ang case para makita yung LED light sa loob ng earpods 🙂 and Press and hold the setup button ( button sa case po ) on the back of the AirPods case for approximately 15 seconds.
